This coffee originates from the San Vito region, Costa Rica at 1000 to 1400 meters high. This zone is known for the early ripeness of the coffee without missing the qualities of the cup. Strictly Hard Bean (SHB), soft and rich in aroma, the ripe cherries keep their characteristics due to the humidity present in the region.
Caramel flavor, a soft acidity, herbal fragrance, a rich body and a creamy chocolate note at the end characterize this unique blend.
